FAQs
How should I store my cookies?
Our cookies are best enjoyed on the day they arrive!
If you’d like to save some for later, we recommend keeping them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2–3 days.
If your cookie contains rice cake (tteok), we recommend freezing it instead, as refrigeration can make the rice cake firm.
For a longer treat, you can store them in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. When you’re ready to tuck in, just let them come back to room temperature for the perfect, delicious bite.
Are your cookies Halal and suitable for vegetarians?
They certainly are! All our treats are suitable for vegetarians and are Halal-friendly. Please just keep in mind that our recipes do include milk and eggs.
Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan options?
At the moment, we don’t have gluten-free or vegan options on the menu. However, we’re busy in the kitchen working on some new recipes and hope to expand our range later this year. Stay tuned for updates!
What about nut allergies?
While some of our cookies don’t have nuts in the recipe, they are all baked in a kitchen that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soy. Because of this, we can't guarantee they are completely nut-free.
Do you offer shipping?
Not just yet!
We’re a small, Manchester-based business for now, so we’re keeping things local with collections and pop-ups around Manchester.
We’re hoping to make UK-wide shipping possible later this year. Fingers crossed! 🐯
Do you offer catering for weddings or corporate events?
Yes, we provide bespoke services for large events. Please contact us at least 4 weeks in advance to discuss your requirements and receive a quote.
